Cancellations that fill themselves.

Domi is the diary for home-visit hearing practices. When a patient cancels, it texts the best-matched person on your waiting list, books the first yes, and updates the clinician’s phone.

Laptop, tablet and phone · Nothing to install · Built for home visits

The demo uses invented patients. If nobody has opened it for a while, it takes about a minute to wake.

A tablet showing the office screen: today across the team, the income recovered from cancelled visits, and three clinicians' diaries side by side.
A laptop showing Domi refilling an 11:00 slot: five suitable patients ranked with their reasons, and the top three offered the slot by text at once.
A phone showing the clinician's day: 'Your diary changed. Peter Dunn cancelled. Margaret Holt now booked today at 11:00', with the patient she's with now.
  • Refills on its own

A cancelled visit is offered to the best-matched patient by text. The first yes is booked, and everyone else keeps their place.

  • Books by the road

New visits go where they add the least driving, weighed against how soon the patient needs to be seen.

  • On every clinician’s phone

Today’s round, records and audiograms. Changes arrive in a second, and it keeps working without signal.

Domi in two minutes

Every feature, one at a time.

2 minutes, with sound.

Inside Domi

Everything it does, one card at a time.

Refilling an 11:00 slot: five suitable patients ranked by priority, patch, days waiting and preferred clinician, and the top three asked at once.
In the demo

A cancellation, refilled

Peter cancels at 10:20. Five people fit the gap, and because the visit is 40 minutes away the top three are texted at once.

Slot refilled: Gerald said no, Margaret said yes and is booked for 11:00, and Sylvia was told it's gone.
In the demo

The first yes gets it

Margaret replies YES and she’s booked. Gerald said no, and Sylvia is told the slot has gone and keeps her place.

The clinician's phone: 'Your diary changed. Peter Dunn cancelled. Margaret Holt now booked today at 11:00, 14 Ash Grove.'
In the demo

The phone updates itself

Amira sees the new visit, the address and the notes within a second. Nobody had to ring her.

Booking a visit for Irene Battye: the best slots this week, each with the extra driving it adds and the visits it sits between.
In the demo

Booking by the drive

Every gap this week, ranked by the extra driving it adds and weighed against how soon the patient needs to be seen.

A clinician's day on a map on the phone: numbered stops, drive minutes for each leg and the drive home.
In the demo

The day on a map

Every stop, every drive and the drive home. It’s drawn on the phone without a map service, so it works offline too.

Amira's route from the office: the map, then each leg with drive minutes and miles, and the day's totals.
In the demo

Every round, from the office

Open any clinician’s day on a map, with the drive times, the miles and the totals for the day.

The clinician's day on a phone: the patient they're with now, the address, care-home sign-in, and buttons to complete the visit or open the record.
In the demo

Today’s round

Who’s next, where, and what to know at the door. One tap for “On my way”, which texts the patient.

A patient's record on the phone with their audiogram.
In the demo

Records and audiograms

Notes, history and the audiogram on the phone, with quick note chips for the everyday jobs.

The clinician's phone with no signal: a banner says the round and records are saved on this phone.
In the demo

No signal, no problem

The round and records are kept on the phone. Notes and updates made offline sync in order when signal comes back.

The patient booking page on a phone: 'These times are free near you', with times on Tuesday and Wednesday with Amira.
In the demo

Patients book themselves

Large text, one question at a time, and only times when a clinician is already nearby.

Mileage and utilisation for the week: miles driven, mileage value at 45p a mile, time booked and time on the road, per clinician and day.
In the demo

Mileage and utilisation

Booked time, driving time and estimated miles per clinician, valued at HMRC’s 45p rate. Downloads as CSV.

Invoices raised from completed visits: an unpaid £60 invoice for wax removal, with buttons to mark it paid, void it or print it.
In the demo

Invoices from finished visits

Completing a visit raises the invoice at your price for that visit type. Mark it paid, void it or print it.

Signing in on a phone: step 2 of 2, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.
In the demo

Two-factor sign-in

A password and a six-digit code from an authenticator app. A lost phone can be signed out from the office.

What's coming, inside the app: features planned but not in the demo yet, such as a permanent UK database, password reset and card payments.
Coming soon

What’s next, inside the app

Card payments, Xero, Noah import and more sit where they’ll live, marked Soon. Nothing pretends to work.

Drag the top card away, or use the arrows. Everything marked “In the demo” works in the live demo today, with invented patients. Cards marked “Coming soon” are planned and not built yet.

Your patients' data

Health data, treated like health data.

Kept in the UK
When your practice goes live, its data is held in a London data centre, as NHS guidance expects. The demo holds only invented patients.
Only what’s needed
Route planning sends postcodes, never names. The patient booking page never shows anyone else’s details.
Paperwork done with you
Before any real patient is added, we complete a data protection impact assessment with you and sign a processing agreement.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Do we have to replace our current system?

No. You can run Domi for the diary, refills and routes and keep your clinical records where they are. Moving everything across is on the roadmap, and we’ll do the import with you when it’s ready.

Does it work with Noah?

Not yet. Noah integration needs a partnership with HIMSA, which is on our roadmap but outside our control, so we won’t give you a date we can’t keep.

What does it cost?

We’re working with a small number of founding practices and agree pricing with each one, based on how many clinicians you have. Email us and we’ll give you a straight figure.

Does it work on a laptop, a tablet and a phone?

Yes. Domi runs in the web browser, so there’s nothing to install. The office screen fits a laptop or a tablet, and the clinician app works on any phone, or on a tablet if a clinician prefers a bigger screen.

Do patients need to download anything?

No. Patients deal with text messages and, if they want to book themselves, a simple web page with large text and one question at a time.

What if nobody replies to an offer?

Each offer has a reply window that fits how soon the visit is. When it closes, the next people are asked automatically. If there’s no longer time for anyone to get ready, the slot is left open rather than offered to someone who can’t make it.

What happens if a clinician loses their phone?

The office can see every signed-in device and sign the lost phone out remotely. Signing out wipes the round and records the phone was keeping for working offline.

Is the demo real?

The software is. The patients, clinicians and texts are invented, and the demo resets itself. Every visitor gets their own private copy, so you can cancel, book and break things freely.

Who we are

Domi is made by YSB Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16022339. We’re responsible for this website and for anything you send us.

What this website collects

Nothing about you. There are no cookies, analytics, adverts or tracking, and the page loads nothing from other companies: its fonts, pictures and film are served from this site.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub records visitors’ IP addresses in its server logs for security. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

If you email us

We use your name, email address and what you write only to reply to you, and keep it only for as long as the conversation needs. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone.

The live demo

The demo is a separate service that holds only invented patients. Each visitor gets a private copy, which is deleted after three hours without use or when the server restarts. Please don’t type real patients’ details into it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, at any time. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
