Terms and conditions

Last updated 12 October 2026.

In short: the website and demo are for finding out about Domi. The demo is invented data that resets itself, so never put real patients into it. Using Domi for real patients is covered by a separate written agreement.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website (domi.ysbdesigns.uk) or the live demo (app.domi.ysbdesigns.uk). Both are run by YSB Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16022339 (“we”, “us”). By using them, you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.

The live demo

Using Domi for real

Practices that use Domi with their own patients do so under a separate written agreement, including a data processing agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs that service.

Our content

The Domi name, logo, software, text, images and film on this website and in the demo belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may view them and share links to them. Please don’t copy, adapt or reuse them for anything else without our written permission. Practices’ own names and logos belong to those practices.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this website accurate and the demo running, but we provide both “as is”: we don’t promise they’ll always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on the website or in the demo is clinical, legal or financial advice. Rules such as NHS notice periods are described to show how Domi works; check the current requirements with PCSE, your ICB or your professional body.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as regulators and the companies we use. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our liability

We’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the free website or demo, including loss of data, business, profit or opportunity, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit our liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Your information

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
