Check-ups, treatment and denture visits in homes and care homes, with the equipment in the car and patients spread across the patch. When one cancels, Domi offers the slot to someone nearby who's waiting, and plans each round so the driving shrinks.
A cancelled check-up is offered by text to the best-matched patients waiting nearby. The first yes is booked and the dentist's phone updates on its own.
The round on the phone
Who's next, the address and access notes, and one tap to complete the visit or say it couldn't go ahead.
Notes in a tap
Quick notes for teeth and gums checked, the mouth cancer check, fluoride varnish and dentures adjusted, saved even without signal.
Made for dental care at home
The right clinician for each visitCheck-ups, treatment and denture work go to dentists; cleans and mouth-care reviews can go to your hygienist. You tell us who does what.
Check-ups back on timePatients due their check-up join the waiting list at the interval you set, so they're first in line for a cancelled slot near them.
Carers and capacity on the recordWho to speak to, power of attorney, whether family can be told, and access notes, all on the dentist's phone before they knock.
Urgent cases flaggedA referral for swelling, bleeding or severe pain is marked urgent for the office, and the form points emergencies to 111 or 999.

Moving across from spreadsheets and paper
Send us what you haveYour spreadsheet, a practice-system export or the paper diary. Column headings first, so we can plan the move before any patient data changes hands.
We check every rowThe import flags postcodes that are really town names, duplicates, patients with only a landline and missing details, so nothing goes in wrong.
We set it up for youYour visit types, the towns you cover, your team and their working hours, and your logo on everything patients see.
Try it, then switchYour team runs real days alongside the old way until they're happy. Most practices are live in about four weeks.
Questions dentists ask
Does Domi replace our dental software?
It replaces the admin around the visits: the diary, the spreadsheets, the referral and cancellation forms, and the ringing round when someone cancels. Charting, treatment plans, X-rays and NHS claims stay in your dental software, and Domi works alongside it.
Can it handle care-home sessions?
Yes. Each resident has their own record and visit, with the home's address, access and the carer to speak to, and the visits sit together on the same round. Booking a whole session with the home as one visit is being built next.
How do patients cancel?
They reply CANCEL to the reminder text, or a relative uses the cancel link in it. No forms and no phone call, and the slot is offered straight away to someone who's waiting.
Where is patient data kept?
In London, encrypted, with daily backups we test, under a data processing agreement signed before any real patient goes in. The live demo holds invented patients only. Our security page sets out who handles the data and what each sees.
