Blood tests, wound dressings and injections are short visits, so one cancellation can wipe out the slot and the drive. Domi offers it to the next patient nearby who's waiting, keeps fasting bloods in the morning, and plans each round so more of the day is spent with patients.
A cancelled visit is offered by text to the best-matched patients waiting nearby. The first yes is booked and the nurse's phone updates on its own.
The round on the phone
Who's next, the address and access notes, and one tap to complete the visit or say it couldn't go ahead.
Notes in a tap
Quick notes for observations, bloods taken, dressings changed and injections given, saved even without signal.
Made for nursing at home
The right person for each visitBlood tests and observations can go to a healthcare assistant; wound care, injections and assessments only to your nurses. You tell us who does what.
Fasting bloods kept in the morningMark a patient mornings only and booking, refills and route planning all keep to it.
Regular bloods back on timePatients due their INR or 3-monthly bloods join the waiting list at the interval you set, so they're first for a cancelled slot near them.
Short visits, tight roundsEach visit type has its own length, so a 15-minute blood test and a 45-minute assessment sit on one round with the driving between them planned.

Moving across from spreadsheets and paper
Send us what you haveYour spreadsheet, a practice-system export or the paper diary. Column headings first, so we can plan the move before any patient data changes hands.
We check every rowThe import flags postcodes that are really town names, duplicates, patients with only a landline and missing details, so nothing goes in wrong.
We set it up for youYour visit types, the towns you cover, your team and their working hours, and your logo on everything patients see.
Try it, then switchYour team runs real days alongside the old way until they're happy. Most practices are live in about four weeks.
Questions nurses ask
Does Domi replace our clinical system?
It replaces the admin around the visits: the diary, the spreadsheets, the referral and cancellation forms, and the ringing round when someone cancels. Care plans, results and prescribing stay in your clinical system, and Domi works alongside it.
Can it keep fasting blood tests in the morning?
Yes. Mark a patient mornings only, or not before a time, and booking, moving a visit and route planning all keep to it.
Can we book a wound dressing twice a week for a month?
Not in one step yet; that's being built next. Today each visit is booked on its own, and Domi suggests the slots that add the least driving.
Where is patient data kept?
In London, encrypted, with daily backups we test, under a data processing agreement signed before any real patient goes in. The live demo holds invented patients only. Our security page sets out who handles the data and what each sees.
