Long assessments, home safety checks and equipment visits across the whole patch, with referrals from families, GPs, social workers and discharge teams. Domi books each visit where it adds the least driving, refills cancellations by text and brings people back for their reviews on time.
A cancelled assessment or fitting is offered by text to the best-matched people waiting nearby, so someone just home from hospital can take it this week.
The round on the phone
Who's next, the address and access notes, and one tap to complete the visit or say it couldn't go ahead.
Notes in a tap
Quick notes for the assessment, equipment fitted, home hazards and the carer shown how to help, saved even without signal.
Made for occupational therapy at home
The right person for each visitEquipment fittings and reviews can go to an OT assistant; assessments and home safety checks only to your occupational therapists. You tell us who does what.
Reviews back on timePeople due an equipment or falls review join the waiting list at the interval you set, so they're first for a cancelled slot near them.
Long visits planned properlyA 90-minute assessment is only offered where it fits the day and the drive, and the rest of the round is planned around it.
Referrals from everyoneFamilies, GPs, social workers and discharge teams use the same form, so nothing arrives on paper or gets lost in an inbox.

Moving across from spreadsheets and paper
Send us what you haveYour spreadsheet, a practice-system export or the paper diary. Column headings first, so we can plan the move before any patient data changes hands.
We check every rowThe import flags postcodes that are really town names, duplicates, patients with only a landline and missing details, so nothing goes in wrong.

Questions OTs ask
Does Domi replace our clinical system?
It replaces the admin around the visits: the diary, the spreadsheets, the referral and cancellation forms, and the ringing round when someone cancels. Assessment reports, care plans and equipment orders stay in your clinical system, and Domi works alongside it.
Can a long assessment and a quick equipment check sit on the same day?
Yes. Each visit type has its own length, so a 90-minute assessment and a 30-minute equipment review sit on one round, with the driving between them planned.
Can it take referrals from social workers and discharge teams?
Yes. They use the same referral form as families and GPs. It asks what's needed and why, and lands in the office queue to accept in one click.
Where is patient data kept?
In London, encrypted, with daily backups we test, under a data processing agreement signed before any real patient goes in. The live demo holds invented patients only. Our security page sets out who handles the data and what each sees.
